An international group of human rights lawyers has asked the Premier to back a Supreme Court decision to lift a ban on same-sex marriages. Which in effect means you can ask a member of a ship's crew, if you are on a cruise, or a friend, to officiate inexpensively instead of going through any unnecessary expense or bureaucracy.
